The incubator of dreams

  • We are not a style

    We are a method.

    A collective assembled for the kinds of problems that do not fit inside one discipline;
because the world does not arrive in categories.

    We work between:
    design and engineering,
    architecture and interaction,
    culture and computation.

The Founders

Denisa Osacenco

Denisa Osacenco is a creative director, speculative designer, and virtual architect whose practice operates at the intersection of art, design, engineering, and science.

She is the co-founder of The Point Labs and the founder of OD Creatives, where she leads pioneering projects that blend architectural thinking, immersive experiences, and speculative design, using a broad range of tools, including artificial intelligence.

Her methodology is grounded in world-building techniques through which she constructs ecosystems that transcend the boundaries of individual projects and evolve into interconnected, coherent narratives. Inspired by the principles of storytelling and ethics, Denisa explores how architecture and design can function as cultural and experiential frameworks, shaping not only spaces but also the human journeys that unfold within the multi-industrial fabric of society.

Alongside her creative practice, Denisa is also a dedicated educator and active contributor to academia. She has served as a lecturer and guest speaker at institutions such as Hyper Island University and Birmingham City University (BCU), where she has shared her expertise in immersive storytelling, conceptual design, and XR.

Her vision is to challenge the ethical foundations of today’s creative practitioners and to equip students and professionals from diverse fields with the tools to innovate responsibly, building a bridge between cutting-edge technologies and sustainable, human-centered practices.

Timmy Ghiurãu

Timmy Ghiurău is a founder, systems thinker, and creative technologist exploring how humans and intelligent systems will think, sense, and act together.

He spent more than 10 years at Volvo Cars, leading innovation efforts across XR, simulation, human–machine interaction, and future mobility, working at the intersection of engineering, design, and research. His work there focused on translating emerging technologies into systems that people can trust, understand, and live with.

In parallel, Timmy has collaborated with Unity, helping bridge real-time 3D, gaming, and immersive technologies with industrial, architectural, and cultural applications.

His broader practice spans XR and spatial computing, gaming and interactive worlds, architecture, automotive simulation, and societal projects, with a consistent focus on behavior, embodiment, and sense-making in complex systems.

He is the co-founder of The Point Labs, a design collective and venture studio that uses worldbuilding, immersive systems, and artifacts to help institutions and societies explore futures before they scale.
